Camille's 4th Birthday Party

Lily was invited to a lovely 4th birthday party a couple of weeks ago. She first met Camille when she was 6 months old as they both did swimming together. It's been over a year since they last swam together but we've kept in touch and the two of them...

English Pre-School / Maternelle Anglaise

Miss Liz, one of Lily's teachers, sent me the above photos - I think we can be fairly certain Lily loves her English pre-school! Miss Liz, une des maitresses de Lily, m'a envoye ces photos - je pense qu'on peut etre assez certain que LIly adore sa maternelle...

Mama

Thom has uttered his first word: Mama! We weren't quite sure for the last couple of weeks but now we've understood he is actually referring to Mummy as he also reaches out towards me when I'm in the same room or he says it when he hears me coming back....

Thom has 4 Teeth / Thom a 4 Dents

The top two broke through yesterday after what seems like months of swollen gums. Thom was taken a back by their arrival as the poor mite bit his bottom lip drinking from his cup. Not serious enough to put him off his dinner though! Les deux dents d'en...

Lily's First Day at School / Premiere Jour d'Ecole pour Lily

No tears Day 1, tears for a few minutes on Day 2 no doubt exacerbated by the teacher not being there due to a rail strike. No school today as Wednesday is a day off ... let's see how tomorrow goes! Lily is so far just doing mornings with Papa dropping...

Thom 9 Months Old

At 9.5 months old Thom is a very long 75cm tall and weighs 9.6kg. He still only has 2 teeth but is munching his way through solids no problem as his height and weight stats would imply! He is now very very mobile having really mastered crawling 3 weeks...
