Thom Thumb / Thom Pouce

Having 'lost' his thumb when 3 days old Thom is mighty happy and just a tad proud to have refound his thumb this weekend. Here he is having a cuddle from big sis. Ayant 'perdu' son pouce quand il avait 3 jours Thom est tres heureux et un soupcon fier...

Thom and his Arch / Thom et son Portique

Thom has started exploring Lily's old play arch and finds it all quite amusing when he manages to grab hold of a toy or sees himself in the mirror. Lily's baby likes it too! Thom a commence a decouvrir l'ancien portique de Lily et il trouve ca tres drole...

Theatre with Godfather Fabien / Theatre avec Parrain Fabien

For her third birthday Lily's godfather, Fabien, had the wonderful idea of inviting her to see Alice in Wonderland at the theatre. We got a ticket for Papa in case she wanted parental company but he was told 'pas toi/not you'! She had a great time but...

It's not easy being a big sister (or little brother!) / Pas facile d'etre grande soeur (ou petit frere)

Lily: Mummy, I love Thom so so much. He is so sweet (gives him an affectionate stroke) / Mummy, j'aime Thom tellement. Il est tellement mignon (en lui faisant un caresse) Mummy: That's lovely Lily. Thom loves you too - just look how he is smiling at you...

Thom Keeps on Growing / Thom Grandit Encore

Thom had 2 jabs today and was very brave. At 2 and a half months he is 58cm tall and weighs 6.7kg - that's nearly 1.5kg more in less than a month! Lily at a similar age was exactly the same height but was considerably lighter at 5.4kg. The doctor declared...

Lily's 3rd Birthday Party / La Fete des 3 ans de Lily

Lily's 3rd Birthday

The festivities continue today with cakes taken to pre-school and a little party with friends on Sunday! Les festivites continuent aujourd'hui avec des gateaux a la garderie et une petite fete avec des copines dimanche!

Lily's Three Year Vital Statistics

We all went to see the paediatrician and child nurse at Lily's old hospital for her 6 monthly check-up to make sure she has no development issues from her time in intensive care. Another all clear, hoorah! Lily now measures 1 metre exactly and weighs...
