Car, Va, Lo

Goodbye IPP

It has been a rather emotional day as Lily had her last ever check up at the IPP hospital today. She has been officially discharged with a clean bill of health after going ever 3-6 months since birth. No surprises as we've all known for a loooong time...

First Ice Lollies / Premiers Batons Glacés

Thom at la Maison Verte

While Lily is at her English preschool two afternoons a week Thom and Mummy often go and play at the Maison Verte, a centre for babies and toddlers. He is a BIG fan of the toy garage. Pendant que Lily est a son ecole anglaise deux après-midis par semaine...

Snuggling up in Mini / Calins dans la Mini

There is just enough room for the two car seats in the back and Lily and Thom just loved being able to giggle and play together. Thom usually conks out within seconds of starting the engine but with big sister for cuddles and tickles we were almost home...

Hike / Randonnée

We all went up the Mont Chéry bubble lift and had a wonderful 5km walk back down to the village. Thom was so excited about all the huge fir trees and pointed at them saying 'tee' for 'tree' all the way down and Lily only needed a carry for a few minutes...

Lily Skiing

Lily went to ski school every morning and after a few tears at drop off had lots of fun as she learned how to snow plough and do turns. On the last day Mummy went up with Lily in a chair lift to take Lily to the slopes where she did her test for the 'ourson'...

Thom's 16.5 Month Vital Statistics

11kg and 85cm (top 5% for his age). Papa just spotted his first molar peeking through on the right which probably explains Thom's changeable mood recently! Quite odd as he hasn't finished the front teeth yet only having 6. His favourite things right now...

After Nap Cuddles / Calins Apres la Sieste

Appalling quality photos as taken on my phone but I had to capture Lily and Thom cuddling as Thom just woke from his nap. Lily gets a chair and climbs into his cot the moment he wakes at the moment and they play for a few minutes. All very very cute......

Dejeuner chez Grande Mamie Camille et Grand Papi Pierre

Theatre with Camille

Lily and Camille adored l'Arbre Roux at La Cachette theatre - lots of audience participation from the children and lots of giggles. Thom had just as much fun having Nana and Grandpa all to himself at home. Lily et Camille ont adoré l'Arbre Roux du théâtre...

Lily's First Day at School / Premiere Jour d'Ecole pour Lily
