Auntie Jude's Visit / Visite d'Auntie Jude

Mummy's sister, Jude, came to visit Lily this weekend. We're thrilled that she has accepted our invitation to be Lily's godmother. On Saturday we went to a big exhibition of French food where we ate lots of seafood (Helen was in heaven after 9 months of abstinence) and met up with friends, Seb and Yuriko as well as Fred and Elise with their daughter, Alice. Papa tasted some delicious wine for the cellar. On Sunday, we had lots of fun walking around Paris in the sunshine with Lily in the baby carrier (an instant sleep machine!) and even managed our first lunch out as a family -- a roaring success. Thank you Jude for such a lovely weekend.

La soeur de mummy, Jude, a rendu visite a Lily ce weekend. Nous sommes enchantes qu'elle a accepte notre invitation d'etre la marraine de Lily. Samedi on est alle a un salon de Mer et Vigne ou on a mange des fruits de mer (Helen etait au paradis apres 9 mois d'abstinence) et on a rencontre des amis, Seb et Yuriko plus Fred et Elise avec leur fille, Alice. Papa a deguste du vin pour la cave. Dimanche on s'est amuse beaucoup en se balladant sous le soleil avec Lily dans le port-bebe (un appareil a dormir instant!) et on a meme fait notre premier dejeuner a l'exterieur -- une grande reussite. Merci Jude pour un weekend tellement sympa.
