Go Karts

We made a quick detour by the go karts in Champs de Mars before a fun time at the aquarium. Nous avons fait un detours vers les go karts au Champs de Mars avant un apres-midi amusant a l'aquarium.

Lily is very happy to go to her local French school and has made 3 special friends that she talks about often - she has even had her first lunch invitation to one of their houses and had a blast. The teacher organises interesting and fun activities but...

Indian Summer / L'Eté Indien

The weather was gorgeous in Paris over the weekend so we made the most of it with our first trip to the Parc André Citroen, lunch outside in a local restaurant and a play in Parc Montsouris. Lovely... Il faisait super beau a Paris ce weekend alors on...

First Spin in Mini / Premier Tour dans la Mini

Thom's New Tricks

Standing alone for about 10 seconds, making a few steps with the walker and repeatedly putting the round shape into the sorter,taking it out and then congratulating himself! All this with a hacking cough and his first antibiotics for an ear infection:...

Carole

Yesterday we went to catch up with Carole, the wonderful paediatrician who so expertly and tenaciously looked after Lily in those first minutes of her life. It is always so lovely seeing her and she always surprises us by her amazing memory about Lily's...

Lily the Beanstalk / Lily le Poireau

Lily got measured and weighed at the IPP and she has grown several centimetres in the last few months: 106cm and 16kg exactly. She is now the height of an 'average' 5 year old and will likely be taller than Mummy before getting into double digits;) Lily...

New Wheels for Thom and Mummy

Thom just loves riding around on the tricycle and Mummy loves her early and ridiculously generous birthday present from Papa: an old Mini Cooper. It is totally impractical as we can barely get 2 childseats in let alone a pushchair but it sure is fun to...
